A Resource Center for start ups and established businesses

Their Business Resource center is designed as a go-to reference for help with planning and managing small business ventures from the ground up.

Vantage West is a prominent credit union based in Arizona, with a network of 20 branches spanning across Tucson and Phoenix. Committed to facilitating the prosperity of both its members and surrounding communities, Vantage West offers an array of personal and business financial services, solidifying its position as one of the largest credit unions in the state.

Focused on the community

Founded in 1955 within a modest one-room barrack at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Vantage West initially embarked on a mission to provide support to Tucson's airmen and their families. Over the years, they have grown, notably through mergers with First Edition Community Credit Union and the former Tombstone Federal Credit Union in 2010 and 2014, respectively. Despite this expansion, Vantage West has remained steadfast in its commitment to investing in the communities it serves.

With a membership base exceeding 175,000 individuals, Vantage West recognized the need to enhance support for members involved in small businesses or considering entrepreneurship.

To address this need, the credit union opted to subscribe to The Small Business Company's Business Content Library, enabling rapid deployment of a diverse range of high-quality resources.

Trusted content from the Business Content Library

Utilizing a curated selection of content from the library, The Small Business Company developed custom branded versions of checklists, templates, eBooks, videos and online calculators. Concurrently, the credit union’s design agency crafted a modern and user-friendly web interface for the newly established Business Resource Center. This Resource Center is categorized to cater to startups, established businesses, and those looking to exit.

Linking in context

Vantage West has strategically integrated links to content within its product pages and articles, thereby enhancing member engagement and prolonging site visits. Furthermore, the credit union repurposes this content in its press releases and newsletters.
